We want you to love your purchase. Please read our policies carefully.

1.⁠ ⁠All Sales Final (or I can adjust this if you want)

For hygiene reasons, all hijabs, accessories, and clothing items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

2.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive:
• A damaged item
• The wrong product

Email us within 48 hours with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

We will review and send a replacement or store credit.

3.⁠ ⁠No Returns for:
• Worn items
• Items with makeup/perfume stains
• Sale or clearance items
• Wrong size preference or color expectation

4.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

Exchanges allowed only if we sent a wrong or defective item.

5.⁠ ⁠Processing Time

Approved refunds or store credit may take 3–7 business days to process.
